The concept for Smokey Hollow Community centers on the need for safe, engaging and permanent housing for adults with IDD.  Intentionally a smaller-scale building to encourage comfort and social interactions, individual one-bedroom apartments allow residents to maximize their independent living skills and connect with other residents in thoughtfully designed common areas when desired.

Residents will self direct their lives in the greater community and be able to return to a community where they know their neighbors.
